GNU Free Documentation License Have you ever been or would you go to an authentic commercial haunted house? Q. Top 5 Real-Life Haunted Houses Some people might be hesitant to admit that they believe in ghosts. But if you've ever heard a chilling bump in the night when you're home alone, ghosts might not be such a leap of faith. In fact, just over a third of American adults believe in ghosts. Perhaps more surprising is that 23 percent of adults polled said they'd personally seen or felt a ghost. Every October, thousands of people pay to walk through commercial haunted houses, in which costumed actors stand in for otherworldly spirits. Customers can get the adrenaline rush of scary "monsters" popping out at them for a few minutes without any risk of getting their souls stolen or becoming possessed. But real-life haunted houses are a different story. [cont.] Asked by J.B. Holiday - Sat Oct 18 13:34:51 2008 - - 14 Answers - 0 Comments A. Well, technically, I LIVE in a haunted house. I'm a medium. So no, I wouldn't go to a real haunted house to stay, like one some of those shows. Why? Because every spirit in the house is going to come to me. I stand out like a sore thumb to them. So, no thanks. I have enough of them here already. lol Those things you described... I would've told you the same things had you asked, so I agree whole-heartedly with those. Yes it is really accurate. However, who cares??? This is absurd because Carbon-14 dating is not used to prove ANY of the claims your article says C-14 dating is used for. It is not used to date the Earth's origin, as it can only be used for the past 60,000 years. It is not used by evolutionists to prove evolution. It is not used for any of this. Your article actually says that C14 dating can be used to date things that are millions of years old- yet no scientific claims have ever been made dating anything with C-14 for more than 60,000 years. This is a bald-faced lie. It simply can't be done. Your article is complete bull and any true Christian would be ashamed of spreading such untruth. You are doing nothing more than tilting at… [cont.] Answered by carbonates - Sat Jul 22 15:59:24 2006 Is it feasible that the U.S. is capable of producing earthquakes using the HAARP project?
Q. As an engineer, when I first heard the conspiracy theories surrounding the HAARP project I thought that they didn't have any scientific basis. If you don't know about it, the HAARP project involves manipulating the ionosphere. So I began a research in scientific journals about the relationship about the earthquakes and the ionosphere, and for my surprise I found that some earthquakes ARE related to the ionosphere. For example, a paper by Gokhberg, M. and Shalimov, S., published in the American Geophysical Union, says: "The ionospheric literature is sprinkled with descriptions of phenomena observed near the site of future earthquakes. Any real connection, reliably established, clearly would be of practical value as well as of scientific… [cont.] Asked by Eleuterio (nivel 3) clonado - Sat Jan 23 03:42:35 2010 - - 7 Answers - 0 Comments From Yahoo Answer Search: "anomalous phenomena" From Wikiquote under the GNU Free Documentation License.
